Enjoy your private 1-acre spring-fed pond, stocked with smallmouth, carp, perch, and bluegill. Enjoy the outdoor 7-person hot tub and fire pit to finish your day.

Keuka Beach House - Glamping at its best!

My place is right on the lake and great for summer activities. The deck hangs out over the water overlooking the beach and dock. Outdoor opportunities include your own hiking trail on five acres of land behind the house, cycling, swimming, kayaking and canoeing. It's a great place for couples, solo adventurers, and pets who like to swim. Currently, New York State charges 8% sales tax and Yates County charges 4% Occupancy Tax which is added to the amount you pay when booking the space. Sorry.

It's The Cabin! This picturesque cabin sits on 8 acres of mowed and wooded land. 1880's home now 3 units. Built when steam ships still piloted Keuka. Penn Yan can be accessed by sidewalk from here (approx 1 mile to center), steps from Red Jacket Park at Keuka Lake on one side, Seasons on Keuka Lake on the other. Close to Keuka Outlet Trail, on the Keuka Lake wine trail, and between Main Deck restaurant and Rt 54 (WE ARE NOT WATERFRONT). There is plenty to do between shopping in Penn Yan, hiking the Outlet, or going on a wine tour around Keuka and/or Seneca Lake.
