Wir würden uns freuen, Euch als Gäste in der oberen Wohnung zu begrüßen. Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert, 100 qm2 groß, bietet viel Platz, Licht und einen Ausblick über den See und in die Berge – großartig, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Wohn-/Esszimmer, Balkon, Küche, Bad, 2 Schlafzimmer & eine Sauna.

Sia’s Ferienwohnung

Die ruhige Ferienwohnung liegt in Prem. Prem am Lech liegt an der Grenze zum Ostallgäu im oberbayerischen Pfaffenwinkel inmitten einer herrlichen Voralpenlandschaft. In näherer Umgebung befinden sich zahlreiche Badeseen. Ihre 84qm große Ferienwohnung befindet sich im 1. OG mit eigenem Balkon. Einteilung : Wohnküche, Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa, Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche, WC.

Die Wohnung befindet sich zurückversetzt im Hof/Garten bzw. am Lech und komplett im 1. Obergeschoss.Über den Lech genießt man einen romantischen Blick auf das ehemalige Kloster St.Mang und das Hohe Schloss zu Füssen. Einkaufen, Bummeln, Essengehen... ohne Verkehrsmittel möglich.

Ein Doppelbett, 180 x 200, und eine Schlafcouch 140 x 195 bieten ausreichend Platz. Die kleine Kochnische ist mit Induktions-Kochfeld, Kühlschrank und Spüle ausgestattet.
