Our new, modern holiday apartment, with a beautiful large swimming pool and sea views, is located in the resort town of Rabac, known for its pearly white pebble beaches and crystal clear waters. The apartment is located in a family house, on the slopes of a small hill that rises above the sea, and is ideal for a relaxing holiday. Enjoy a romantic evening walk along the promenade with souvenir shops, bars and restaurants. We also recommend a visit to the nearby historic town of Labin.

Studio apartment close to the sea

The apartment has been under some renvations in 2026. regarding the kitchen, TV stand and some decorations and it has a small round dining table indoors now so there is a mix of old and new pictures. It is a small studio apartment of 25 m2 or 270 ft2 and a terrace of 5m2 (50 ft2). The apartment in on the first floor of our family home. The house itself is elevated from the street so you have 20 steps to get to the apartment and can see our beautiful Adriatic sea.

Time to dream above the sea. An apartment on the top floor of a family house, with spectacular view, and I do mean spectacular views of the sea, the bay and also of the Old City Labin. It is located in an area close to the sea. Walking distance to the nearest and biggest beach in Rabac is 250 meters. The décor of the apartment is clean and fresh and modern (check out the photos). Best for 2 people - couples, best friends, solo adventurers, business travelers.

Wake up to the whole of Rabac bay from a 60 m² terrace. This is the entire second floor of our family villa — 120 m², four bedrooms, two bathrooms, air conditioning throughout — with two further side terraces and a private garden, where there is a barbecue. The villa sits at the end of a quiet residential lane in a Mediterranean garden of olive, fig, lemon, clementine and kiwi trees. Free private parking. The beaches are 600 m away, downhill.
