Welcome to a charming, cosy house in Øyane. The house is located right next to a lake where you can enjoy fishing, swimming, canoeing, and kayaking. In winter, the lake is often suitable for ice skating. The surrounding mountains offer beautiful hiking trails, including the popular route to Vetlevarden at Storfjella, starting just outside the front door. At the end of the lake you’ll find the impressive Hesjedalfossen waterfall, only a 20-minute drive away. A free canoe is available for guests.

You'll have the entire house to yourself, complete with a cozy outdoor terrace. The property is secluded from street noise, tucked away in a small alley. Its convenient location offers easy access to supermarkets, a bus stop, hiking trails, and city bike parking. Additionally, you can find paid street parking nearby.

Spesielt anbefales Gløvro, hvor du kan utforske vakre landskap og nyte frisk luft. Det er også gode fiskemuligheter både i nærheten av hytten og i området generelt. Hytten har en herlig uteplass med bålpanne, eggstol og sittegruppe. Slapp av under åpen himmel og nyt hyggelige stunder rundt bålet. Vi har ekstra stoler tilgjengelig i boden.

I nærområde finner du mange flotte turområder, med Kvistefjellet i umiddelbar nærhet. Det er kort avstand til Kviste - og Bogakaien, med muligheter for å leie båtplass. Bognestraumen er godt beryktet for sine gode fiskeforhold. Vi har også BUA i sentrum, hvor man kan leie fritidsutstyr og kano.

Seafront retreat - pier, boatrental & fishing camp

You will have full access to the whole downstairs apartment of 125m2 in total. 3 bedrooms and a large living room stands at your disposal. Outside you have your own private backyard with lots of outdoor games. From the pier you can fish, rent boat or swim. There is a 98l freezer box where you can store the fish you catch or any other food. Through our boat rental company, we are a lisenced fish camp. This means you can export up to 18kg of fish per fisherman with you out of Norway.

Lad batteriene på dette unike og rolige overnattingsstedet. Nyt sjø utsikten enten ved kjøkkenbordet, stuebordet, i utestue eller på en av hagens flotte uteområder. Tenn i peisen som er gjennomgående fra kjøkken til stue, eller ta deg et deilig bad i det gammeldagse badekaret med løveføtter. Huset ligger i et fredelig strøk, samtidig som det er sentralt. Kun 30 min. å kjøre til Bergen, og 10 min. kjøring til Knarvik senter. Gåavstand til nærmeste Kiwi butikk.

Koselig hytte ved havet, muligheter for båtutleie

Koselig nyrenovert liten hytte ca. en time kjøring fra Bergen sentrum. Hytten ligger like ved havet hvor det er gode fiskemuligheter. Muligheter for båtutleie. Hytten er godt utstyrt. Det er et soverom med dobbelseng og en sovesofa i stuen som lett kan gjøres om til dobbel seng. Hems med to soveplasser. Dagligvarebutikk kjører man til på ca. 8 minutter. Hytten ligger fint plassert på Trollvatn caming med parkering rett uten for hytteveggen

Willkommen in Villa Mini am See! Wandern, fischen, baden, rudern... Mit dem Auto nach Bergen 30 Min., Bus fährt 1 km Fussweg vom Haus. Stille Lage. Ich spreche Deutsch, Englisch und Norwegisch. Welcome in my hut by the lake :-) Here you can enjoy the peace of nature, go fishing, hiking, sit on the terasse or simply read a book. Bergen is 30 min drive by car, bus availabe 1 km walk from the house. I speak English, German and Norwegian.
