Our cottage offers a country setting with all the comforts of home. Open floor plan, well equipped Kit. and full laundry room. Primary room with queen bed & private bath. Twin beds in the 2nd BR, 2nd full bath is off the hall. Relax on the porch or grill on the deck with firepit yard. WIFI access. Come take your shoes off and sit by the lake. The Sunshine Cottage is ready for 4 guests to relax, unwind and enjoy the beautiful back deck over looking the lake. You will have waterfront lake access, a dock to swim or sit to enjoy the view and a back deck that is perfect for relaxing. You will be minutes from River Wild and The Eagles Nest at Tillery Tradition golf course, and all the amenities the Uwharrie National Forest offers. Come and enjoy a relaxing vacation on the cove.

Tiny Guest House By Fishing Pond

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Country setting, but close enough to a lot of activities. Close to Charlotte and Charlotte motor Speedway. Wineries, PNC pavilion. Great Wolf Lodge and Concord mills. Enjoy visiting the goats and chickens. They love animal crackers and you’ll find some by the gate to give them. We are earth friendly using plant based cleaning products. We have waterless dry toilet. We are a working farm and offer farm fresh eggs when available.

Family Vacation Home on 20 Acres w/ Bass Pond!

Vacation getaway on 20 acres. 1100 sqft wrap around covered porch overlooking a 3/4 acre private pond. The pond is well stocked with bass and brim for easy catching. Large fire pit with log benches between the house and pond. Great sound system! Guests are able to connect their device to the sound system and enjoy their music inside and out. The pond includes a paddle boat and there are life jackets in the barn. Downstairs has a fridge, pool table, dart board, & other games for our guests.
