It is situated in the Wildcat Hills on a 20 acre property with many sightings of wildlife. The house is a custom built, 3 bedroom modern style bungalow with vaulted ceilings and exposed wooden beams. The west side of the home is approximately 80% windows, which allows you to take in the amazing views. Enjoy easy highway access, with only a 12 minute drive to all city amenities.

This is a walk-out south-facing basement space with a beautiful outdoor patio area. Enjoy the sauna with a washroom floor heat, free parking, and wifi. Three bedrooms have one king-size and two queen-size beds with office desk and chair. You have your own entrance with a keypad code lock for your privacy, you do not need to share anything with others. Lastly my home is now equipped with a state-of-the-art radon mitigation system，ensuring indoor radon levels consistently below 30 Bq/m³ in winter
