Seaside Retreat is a beautiful cottage in Sunnyside with a PRIVATE (heated/chilled) POOL, just steps from a PRIVATE BEACH. No stress about finding a place on the beach! Located near Rosemary and Seaside on the far west end of PCB, this home has special details that make it very warm and inviting. I care deeply about your experience and will go above and beyond to make your trip wonderful. Read on to learn what the house has to offer. Welcome to our fun family getaway! Our home is equipped with everything you need to make great vacation memories: private pool, ample balconies, game room and fire pit. We provide super-fast wifi, a chef’s kitchen, and sleeping arrangements for 13 guests. Just a 10 minute drive to Pier Park and just 7 minutes to Rosemary Beach & 30A. We are dog-friendly with payment of a $170 pet fee. Three dogs maximum. We offer pool heating and a golf cart rental; each for an additional fee. Details below.
