Nestled in the heart of Victor, NY this fully renovated apartment is a must stay! Located just north of Canandaigua Lake, south of the city of Rochester and 5 minutes from I-90! This apartment is located in a beautiful country setting. There is private parking available for guests. Located on the first floor is the entrance to the hallway. Once inside you will have a private door to enter your private apartment. Outside you can enjoy your private patio in the back, a well kept yard, and very nice gardens. There is no stove, but we do offer amenities for simple cooking and reheating food. We also offer a basic continental breakfast with cereal and coffee.

We like to think of it as the bee keeper’s lodge. Close to Hemlock, Canadice, Honeoye, and Conesus lakes for hiking, fishing, kayaking, or picnicking. Or enjoy a night in! There is a gas grill, patio, outdoor dining area, fire pit, and a game shed out back.

Enjoy this newly renovated home nestled in a private cul-de-sac with the town park with playground and walking trails literally in your back yard. Lots to do to have fun—swim in the in-ground pool, make teams for a foosball tournament, gather around the table to play board games, watch a movie in the theater room, or snuggle up by the fire and enjoy a quiet night in. Cook meals in the fully equipped kitchen or on the grill on the back patio.

We are surrounded by farmland, a great base for family vacations. There is a grocery store, drug store, antique shops, and family restaurants 5 minutes in either direction from the house. Located 20 minutes from downtown Rochester, RIT, and the University of Rochester, and 1 hour from Niagara Falls, the LeRoy exit to the NY State Thruway is 10 minutes away. We are 30 minutes from Conesus Lake and the entrance to the other Finger Lakes.
