Lovely cosy little restaurant. It's BYOB but there's a supermarket and an Oddbins not far away where you can purchase your drink of choice. Very tasty tacos

Excellent food for very reasonable prices and friendly atmosphere. It doesn't look much from the outside but it is a true gem of a place. Check out the beer garden which you access via a wardrobe!

Best 360 degrees view for a small amount of climbing effort! I always take visitors here. If you want a more strenuous walk for a great view then head to Arthur's Seat / the Crags

Nice to browse on a Sunday( it only takes place on Sundays). Often lots of food stalls. There's also a really good farmer's market on Castle Terrace every Saturday from 9am to 2 pm
