Chy Noweth ,a peaceful escape with parking

Chy noweth is part of my home with a private back door entrance with a key safe on the outside wall. The space inside is totally private and for your use only. The patio area is for your use and the garden area is shared with myself. There is a kettle and coffee machine in the small utility area as well as a under counter fridge. I will supply tea, coffee ,biscuits and milk for your arrival. There are no cooking facilities but restaurants are plentiful in nearby St. Ives , Hayle and Marazion.

The cottage is set in the walled kitchen garden, as well as having shared access to grounds of the main house, the swimming lake and woodland that forms the Trenoweth Estate. it is a mix of fabulously simple and rustic with all mod cons. Close to the stunning Gwithian and Godrevy surfing beaches. Outside there is ample private parking and a patio area with seating that affords the afternoon and evening sun.

St Erth has a countryside feel with great walks along the river and is centrally located to explore North and South coasts, boasting a retreat from the busy main tourist areas. The cottage is a short walk from the Park and Ride & main train lines to St Ives, Penzance and London where there is ample parking, and a 15 minute drive to the Isle of Scilly ferry port.

Corn Loft at Carbis Mill

Corn Loft is located in an old mill next to the River Hayle. It is in a peaceful and remote countryside location but only a few miles from the glorious North and South coast beaches and only 10 minutes from St Ives. There are lovely walks from the garden along the riverbank to the village of St Erth which has a Pub, village shop and branch line station to St Ives.
