We are not Handicap Certified but most wheelchair guests have not had issues. Grab bars are in the bathroom.

Welcome to The Cottage! A pet friendly, super cute, and quiet studio apartment built in 2016, located above the detached garage behind my house. Pets always stay for free, and no additional cleaning fees are charged. Private self access is provided so you come and go as you please. The unit has a full kitchen, king sized bed, 4 pillows, 100% cotton sheets and coverlet. Laundry detergent and dish soap are provided. Trash is located on the west sideof the building.

The Pool House has everything you need for a relaxing time at home, yet all the entertainment at your finger tips! Downtown living with a tropical escape!

Idle Hour is a newly renovated cottage style 1 bedroom/1 bath unit. Located within walking distance to downtown, the marina, several parks, and Lake Dora. Enjoy the quaint neighborhoods, dining, shopping, or attend one of the year round festivities. Relax and enjoy the nostalgia of yesteryear while exploring downtown or relaxing in the courtyard with a glass of wine around the firepit.

Our studio Cottage is pet friendly and sleeps 2 comfortably. This is a tiny house where we have managed to fit all essentials for a relaxing stay. We are 5 minutes from historic downtown and 30 minutes to the World’s Most Famous Beach, Daytona Beach. Enjoy fresh eggs from our chickens in the morning before heading to the Springs for a cool dip or manatee watching only 10 minutes away.
