Owners live on property but in different residence. Outdoor cameras overlook parking area. Only reserved guests have property access.

Enjoy a relaxing experience at this centrally-located spot, away from the hustle and bustle but only 6 min from Clemson (10 min from Clemson University), nestled in the country in a peaceful, safe neighborhood with lots of privacy surrounding. The cottage has a front porch with 2 chairs, a 2 person hammock, grill, and a fire pit (wood is provided) with three lawn chairs. There’s a queen bed and also a CordaRoy beanbag (*bed #2) that opens up to a soft bed that sleeps 1 adult or two children.

This is a 46 acre fourth generation farm with a combination of old and new. This is a working farm with vegetable gardens, and a herd of goats. It also has multiple flower gardens, something is blooming year round. We are located 5 miles from charming downtown Travelers Rest, Swamp Rabbit bike trail, shopping and restaurants.
