Ruhige Lage, Bauernhof mit Ziegen, Alpacas, Spielplatz, viele Wanderwege, Fahrrad fahren oder einfach nur die schöne Aussicht genießen. Im Winter Teller rutschen, Rodeln, Touren gehen, Schneeschuhwanderungen. Wir haben über 50 Bienenvölker auf unseren Ländereien, sowie viele Imkereiprodukte mit Verkostung.

Zum Achensee fährt man ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto oder mit der Achenseebahn, die am Bahnhof Jenbach auch gut zu Fuß in ca. 15 Minuten (1,3 km) erreichbar ist, sowie die Zillertalbahn. Außerdem gibt es in der Nähe gute Gasthäuser und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Innsbruck ist mit dem Auto oder mit dem Zug gut erreichbar.
