PLEASE read cancellation policy prior to booking. Welcome to this "SWEET SUITE" right in the heart of Seagrove on 30A! A perfect little studio space for couples...but if you have to bring the little one, we have a foldaway floor mat available that folds out to a twin size, ( just bring extra pillow & bedding for that!) More than enough floor space for a pack and play also. This 2nd floor studio space is just across the small two lane 30A highway run.. so just a short 3 min walk to the sand!

This unique retreat, renovated in 2017 and updated this year with new floors, furniture and bed linens throughout, will free you of all worries the moment you walk through the door. Our home is located in Seagrove, within biking distance of Seaside & Watercolor to the west & the Big Chill, Alys and Rosemary Beach to the east.

Sweet Caroline - WALK to beach! 4 bikes included!

Located on the crystal clear waters of the Panhandle, Sweet Caroline is the perfect place for a couples getaway, a trip with girlfriends, and even perfect for small families. Sweet Caroline is located in Seagrove Beach, 1.5 miles east of Seaside. Rosemary and Alys beach are a short drive away. The beach access is directly across the street, 4 min walk from our front door to the sand. We have 4 bikes for use during your stay! The pool is heated March 1 - April 15 and the week of Thanksgiving.

Welcome to paradise! Walk to the beach or pool in a few short steps. Newly renovated from top to bottom. Modern décor with costal touches. My home-away-from-home is easily bike-able to Seaside and other local attractions. The Seaside Pavilion is exactly 1.3 miles (7 min by bike) to the West, and The Hub on 30A is 3.4 miles (15 min by bike) to the East. This lovely studio features a fully equipped kitchen and a fold down couch that converts into a twin bed.
