This 3 bed, 2.5 bath home is great for families and comes with a brand-new golf cart, incredible amenities, and it's situated right across the street from “The Big Chill”! The Prominence community features 2 Resort style pools, outdoor space, outdoor grills, and easy access to the beach.

Small in stature but grand in design, this 30A beach house will wow you. Access to neighborhood pool, gym, & the beautiful white sand beaches a few blocks away. Small Waves is set in the Blue Mountain Beach area, which is well-known for its charm, its restaurants, & its famous ice cream shop. We have an EV car charger for electric cars (no extra fee) plus access to an electric golf cart (extra fee). Bedroom has a king size bed & twin bed & there are also 2 twin beds upstairs.

Our kitchen is equipped for cooking family meals, and the balcony is ideal for your morning coffee. Our home is on the 2nd floor and provides plenty of room for gathering in the open floor plan. Located in Prominence North, guests have access to all neighborhood amenities.

Fools Gold is a straight shot to the beach, through a private access, just 80 yards from the sugar-white sand and beautiful, emerald-green water of the Gulf of Mexico. We think you’ll love this cozy space as much as we do. Walk South on our street and you will cross 30A, then run directly into the San Juan Beach Access. Walk North and there’s other adventures, trails and beautiful Point Washington State Forest. If you’re looking for more action, you can bike to Seaside in 15 minutes or less!
