Koselig liten hytte i hage ved siden av utleiers bolig. Inneholder et lite soverom med en ganske høy dobbeltseng på 150cm adskilt fra oppholdsrommet med forheng. Hytta egner seg for 2 personer. Det er en 2seter sofa i oppholdsrommet, liten sittebenk ved spisebordet og bad. Hytta inneholder et minikjøkken med utstyr for matlaging. Veranda utenfor som hører til, med bord og to stoler. Det er ikke kjørevei fram til hytta, så bagasje må bæres fra p-plassen og opp, ca 50-60m.

Kollektiv transport i nærheten. Kort vei til Oslofjordens kanskje fineste strand Ringshaug. Rommet inneholder eget kjøkken og bad. Nespresso maskin og kaffetrakter. Kjøl/frys og komfyr med induksjon.
