1811 Cottage at Sunflower Farm

The 1811 Cottage is as unique as the 120 acre farm it sits on with it's wide heart pine plank walls, ceilings, floors, and the duel fireplaces. This historic settler's home features a living room, master bedroom on the main floor, and a huge sleeping loft, making it comfortable and cozy for one to six guests. Modern additions include a large bathroom with claw foot tub and shower and a nicely equipped, yet tiny kitchenette. The front porch is a great spot for that early morning cup of coffee!

Bashan Valley Farm

Unique country cottage. You have your own little cottage with I bedroom and loft and a small kitchen. There is also a beautiful pond for swimming, fishing or canoeing. A beautiful 1/2 a mile walk to Rocky Comfort Creek where you can fish or relax. Lots of animals around the farm. A kids paradise! Just come and enjoy a relaxing day in the country. A 15 min. drive to town and restaurants. There is no tv or WiFi in the cottage so be prepared to relax and reconnect with how life used to be!

Boardwalk Cove

NOTE: Lake Sinclair drawdown will start 10/25/25 and lake refill will commence 12/1/25. Lake refill is a very slow process and lake level is still low. Lakefront manufactured home on secluded cove on Lake Sinclair. Two kayaks provided for a fun time on the lake! 3 bedroom – 2 bathroom house with 30 foot screened in deck and 2 additional decks with full sun. A little over 2 hours from Atlanta it’s perfect for weekend getaways or long vacations. We welcome you to Boardwalk Cove!

Our tiny cabin is on a secluded, wooded 20 acre homestead in a very rural area. It's a quiet place where everyone is welcome. There is almost no light pollution here; on a clear night you'll have an amazing view of the stars. The cabin has internet and a smart TV. We're one mile from downtown Irwinton's gas station, local diner, small local market, and Dollar General. Dublin, Macon, Milledgeville, I-75 and I-16 are all about a 30 minute easy drive with little traffic.

Two bedroom 1 bath lake front home with beautiful gardens that bloom year round. Escape from the hustle to enjoy the water, listen to the songbirds or enjoy a book by the fire.
