Completely renovated in 2024, mama Marija apartment ensures privacy, utmost relaxation and enjoyment at Hvar town waterfront. Kuća se nalazi odmaknuta od glavne prometnice. Parking je privatni i odmaknut je od kuće oko 50 metara zračne linije. Inače normalnom cestom od parkinga do apartmana je oko 270 metara. Kod dolaska nije moguće doći autom skroz do vile, nego se moguće zaustaviti autom oko 30 metara od vile, izbaciti stvari i odvesti auto na parking. Krasan pogled sa balkona na mjesto i more. Komuniciramo sa gostima na češkom, slovačkom, engleskom i njemačkom jeziku. Nije za goste sa poteškoćama u kretanju!

Apartman se nalazi na prvom katu obiteljske kuće (100 m2) sa prekranim pogledom na jezero Birina, u blizini Baćinskih jezera, Ušća Neretve i Makarske rivijere. Smještaj sadrži dvije dvokrevetne sobe sa bračnim krevetima i jednu jednokrevetnu sobu. U sklopu apartmana je terasa sa kaminom, prostorom za blagovanje, te ležaljkama. Uz terasu je prostor uređen za djecu sa trampolinom i ljuljačkom. Gostima je omogućen pristup u jezero i po dogovoru vožnja brodom. Osiguran je parking u garži.

The beach is 70 m underneath the villa, you can also choose to spend your time on the terrace with a private pool and everything necessary for a relaxing vacation. One part of the pool is under the villa ,its designed if its raining or its cold that in the all time guests have heated area pool. Since the villa is located on a slope, it is divided into 3 levels. It can accommodate up to 8 persons in 4 beautiful bedrooms.
