Idyllic country house, jetty & beach at the river

Our country house is easy to reach by the main road between Bergen and Oslo. Only one hour drive from Oslo and from Oslo airport Gardermoen. You'll love the place in quiet surroundings and wild nature, the view, the large outdoor areas with direct access to the river. Two canoes & one boat included, ready for taking you out for fishing or just for an adventure up the river. An hour drive from the house you wil reach the nearest mountains to Oslo, Vikerfjell, a great place for hiking and biking.

Senk pulsen i toppen av Stolpehytta! Stolpehytta ligger 5 minutter unna Blaafarveværket i Modum kommune, rett ved klatreparken Høyt & Lavt Modum. Her kan du finne roen blant tretoppene. De store vinduene sørger for en panoramautsikt utover landskapet og nattehimmelen. Bygget i massivtre, med et areal på 27 m2, gir den akkurat plass til det du trenger for en avslappende tur vekk fra hverdagen. Ønsker du aktivitet kan du leie elsykler, rusle ned til klatreparken eller utforske nærmiljøet.

Lekker hytte med egen strand. Kun 45 min fra Oslo. Hytta ligger mellom Drammen og Svelvik ved Drammensfjorden. Hytta består av hovedsoverom med 180 cm dobbeltseng. Hems m. 2 adskilte soveplasser med 2x 120 cm senger i den ene enden og 150 cm dobbeltseng i motsatt ende. Innholdsrikt kjøkken med alle fasiliteter. Bad med dusj, servant og Cinderella brenndo. Åpen og sosial planløsning med kjøkken, stue og spisestue. Nydelig utsikt fra alle rom. Her får man virkelig ro i sjelen. Velkommen!

Koselig leilighet (65m2) midt i Svelvik sentrum

Leiligheten har en fantastisk beliggenhet med sjøutsikt midt i Svelvik sentrum. Gangavstand til alle fasiliteter som restauranter, butikker, serveringssteder, badeplasser mm. Leiligheten har fasiliteter som vannbåren varme, vaskemaskin, oppvaskmaskin, kjøleskap, fryser, komfyr (induksjon), Smart-TV og trådløst WiFi. Sengen i soverom til venstre er 1,5 meter bred og sengen i soverom til høyre er 1,20 m bred. Velkommen til Svelvik, en perle ofte beskrevet som Sørlandets nordligste by.

Cosy cabin with fantastic view

Cosy cabin with a great view. 200 meters to the nearest beach and 800 meters to a big public beach. Sun from 8 am to 10 pm in the summer. Large terrace on three levels. Kitchen holds a modern standard. Main cabin holds to bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a single bed), living room, dining area (with a kitchen sofa that can be made in to a double bed) and kitchen. Second cabin is the bathroom and third cabin is a bedroom. Note: The third cabin is without electricity.

Huset er på 94 kvm og inneholder to store soverom , et lite bad med varme i gulv , stor og romslig entre, nytt kjøkken og stor stue med to store sofaer som kan benyttes som senger.. Alt er pusset opp i 2017. Det er en uteplass med kveldssol som tilhører huset og parkering utenfor. Rett ved strand, skog, fjell og by. Om du vil reise, klatre, kite eller bare slappe av. Oppvarming skjer med varmepumpe og vedovn samt panelovner.

Only 50 minutes from Oslo, this spacious house is located in a wonderful, quiet, sunny, seaside location. Most rooms offer panoramic views of the fjord. The house has a modern dark interior, a fully equipped open kitchen and a spacious living room that connects with sliding glass doors to a large veranda, facing west and overlooking the sea. Parking in the front yard. Charger for electric car is available for a fee.
