Cozy Cottage on Historic Street & Walking Trails

Located on a Beautiful Historically protected Boulevard and famous walking trail. The cottage is just minutes from Downtown FW, Dickies arena, TCU, FW Zoo, Magnolia street, and the hospital districts. Guests have private access and street parking. The location is very safe and peaceful at night. We are blocks away from the famous Magnolia Street; We highly encourage our guests to explore Magnolia Street (Shops, Restaurants, and Bars) — it's a 15 minute walk and few minutes drive to everything!

It's very hard to find this huge and private space. The suite is over 850sft. More than half acre backyard, basketball court, bbq. Gym on the first floor. This suite is fully furnished with a comfortable kingbed (newly added soft mattress topper). Livingroom has table and chairs, microwave and instant pot for tea or coffee. This is a second floor property with full amenities, including washer/dryer, full kitchen, and other comforts to make your stay a perfection. There is ample free street parking right outside, directly in front of the apartment. You will have access to a private walkway to the front patio, where you can sit and enjoy some morning coffee, or evening cocktails!

Welcome to this calm, stylish 1950s mid century home nestled on the edge of the great city of Fort Worth! With a large view stretching out across the valley containing Lake Worth and the NAS Joint Reserve Base. One of the most complete sunset views available in Fort Worth. Special trips for the air shows and 4th of July fireworks over the lake. Access to most of Fort Worth within 20 minutes and loop 820 provides full access to all of the DFW area. 30 minute direct drive to/from DFW airport.
