Located on the 14 bus route which takes you directly into Brighton.The bus stops are literally right outside and run every 15 minutes. 2 miles from Newhaven ferry port.

We would love to host you in our bright, brand new modern annex building at the foot of the South Downs Way and 20 minutes by public transport to the colourful City of Brighton and it's famous beach and pier. You will have exclusive access to this extension to our home, with your own kitchen, bathroom and access to fast wifi. We are very happy to advise on where to go, eat etc, or leave you in total peace if you prefer. Our labrador is extremely greedy and very nosey, hope you like dogs!!

We offer a 2 Bedroom (sleeps 5) Detached Bungalow surrounded by beautiful gardens and a decking area with table & benches. We are located 20 minutes from Brighton by car, 20 mins by bus. The Cliff Top Walks are a 10 minute walk away. They have beautiful views towards the Sea and Brighton. Buses 14, 14c run just across the street approx 20mins to Brighton Pier. 10 mins to Historic Rottingdean Village and 20mins by car to Brighton. When returning get off at Cavendish close.

Beautiful barn on the South Downs Way

Beautiful barn, perfect for walkers, also great as a comfortable and spacious base for exploring the local countryside. Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.

A self-contained 2-bedroom flat , semi-detached to our home with separate access on the idyllic Kingston Ridge . Ideal for walkers, the South Downs way is at the end of the private no-through road, or the County Town of Lewes is a 2 mile walk away (or a ten minute drive). Brighton is 8 miles down the road, with a regular bus service. The apartment is ideal for 4-6 people but has a maximum capacity of 8 (sofa bed). N.B. We have a very friendly dog.

Caburn huts are two huts, one bedroom hut with a comfy double bed, seating with tea and coffee making facilities. The second is a bathroom hut with a gorgeous roll top bath. Continental breakfast is provided in the morning.
