Ruang tamu dan ruang makan yang lega dilengkapi dengan satu dapur lengkap dengan peralatan makan, memasak, dan kompor yang bisa digunakan. Teras depan nyaman untuk nongkrong sembari menikmati kopi di pagi atau sore hari. Lingkungan sekitar aman dan tenang dengan tetangga yang ramah. Disediakan sarapan berupa kopi, teh, dan roti.
