The house was 'created' in 2020 having originally been part of the village pub - it’s now part of a redeveloped property which also includes the owners home and a fabulous cafe called Artichoke Cafe. The property is right in the heart of the picturesque riverside village of Pangbourne with its fabulous specialist shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Nether Wallop is a pretty village in the heart of the Test Valley close to the small town of Stockbridge with its independent shops and eateries. Nether Wallop featured in the Miss Marple series starring Joan Hickson.

Peaceful private annexe with far-reaching views

The first floor annexe is accessed via a covered external staircase. Home from home, cosy but spacious one bed (2 guests) accommodation with living space and kitchen. The balcony is perfect for morning coffee/evening drinks (weather allowing) with far reaching views over the Hampshire countryside. The annexe is adjacent to our home but is entirely private for guests' exclusive use. We will welcome you, and can answer any questions but we will also respect your privacy.

The Bothy in Over Wallop

The Bothy is detached from the main house offering privacy with a separate entrance. Newly renovated a few years ago the accommodation caters for two people. The bedroom with a king sized double bed is located on the mezzanine floor. The living room area has a sofa and small TV and there is a small dinning table and 2 chairs. The bathroom is off the living room area which has a shower, toilet and sink Please note the property has sloping ceilings upstairs.
