Just down the block. Coffee, pastries. Locals will bring their laptops and work away. When weather is nice, tables outside, great for people and dog watching.

Trendy spot to get some work done in the mornings. Quiet and located in a sweet residential area.

light airy decor, friendly staff and the "dunolie" donut stuffed with cannoli filling..... yummmm also good wifi and a large table in the back to spread out or have meetings
