The Sow's Ear is a restaurant located inside Silverpick Lodge. They feature “Refined Rustic” cuisine. That is short hand for local, seasonal and prepared in house. What Grandma made but with a wider variety of ingredients, prepared for the 21st century pallet and lifestyle. They are known for the Best Steaks on the Mountain, elk, quail. wild boar, miso salmon, fresh salad (they grow their own sprouts in house) and homemade dessert. They bake bread fresh daily and even can our own fruit for dessert. They also offer vegetarian and gluten free items from our vegan garden.
