You will feel tucked away in this cozy spot surrounded by mixed oak forest, sitting atop Canadian Shield rock formations. Built in 1894, our crooked carriage house is a cozy place to stay. Enjoy all the charm and character of a century home, with modern amenities to provide a comfortable stay. You’ll have the entire house to yourself, with the comfort of knowing your hosts live next door should your needs not be fully met. Located downtown, close to the waterfront, Pembroke Regional Hospital and Algonquin College. Easy commute to CFB Petawawa, CNL and Algonquin Park.

Rose Door Cottage

Quaint and cozy 1 bedroom cottage tucked along the southeastern shore of a small, quiet lake. Recently renovated, the cottage is the perfect romantic getaway. It's located 1 km from snowmobile/ATV trails, 15 minutes from Bancroft and 45 minutes from Algonquin Park. The cottage includes a floating dock with swim ladder, bbq, woodburning outdoor firepit, canoe, kayaks, woodburning indoor fireplace, smart tv with starlink satellite.

The Guest House

Our guest house is a cozy log cabin with three floors. It is the original homesteader cabin to our property, revived and restored with care. Nestled in the Bonnechere region of Renfrew County, this magical place of solitude offers nature right outside your door. Local paintings by Ottawa Valley landscape artist Angela St. Jean displayed throughout the cabin feature lakes, rivers, and natural places and spaces that surround us.

THE KABINKA No service, no electricity, no plumbing, no problems WINTER: 4x4 access or park at the road and 5 minute walk in (sled provided) "Kabinka" is the name of our eastern European inspired Chalet. She is unadorned, a simple off-grid shelter for your wilderness retreat. Configured equally for a large party of family/friends, or for a couple's weekend away (groups over 4 are charged more)
