Asker has a lot to offer, and Engelsrud is surrounded by three lakes which gives many opportunities for recreation summer and winter. Our garden/yard is very family friendly. A five minute walk from the house you can get public transportation bringing you downtown Asker in ten min. Asker has a small, but well developed downtown with a nice selection of stores, restaurants and coffeeshops. Trains will bring you to Oslo in twenty min. 15 min by car will bring you to the Oslo fjord in Asker.

Leiligheten ligger i første etasje med en gratis parkeringsplass i bakgården. 60 m2; stue, kjøkken, to soverom m/dobbeltseng 150 cm, gang, entre, bad med vaskemaskin/tørketrommel og bod. Gratis parkering- 2 plasser, 1 plass i carport. Uteplass, solfylt og koselig liten hage. Rolig og fredlig sted. Det er bratt bakke opp til huset. Om vinteren kan det være glatt. Det er grus og måkeredskaper tilgjengelig.
