Dentro, você encontrará tudo o que precisa para uma estadia confortável, incluindo uma cozinha bem equipada, banheiro estilo luxo e comodidades internas e externas cuidadosamente escolhidas. O quarto é aconchegante e privado, e embora o espaço acomode até 3 pessoas, observe: • Há UMA cama principal no quarto. • O sofá da sala serve como segunda opção de dormir. Ele NÃO é sofá-cama, mas ao remover as almofadas do encosto, oferece um espaço semelhante ao de um colchão de solteiro extra pequeno, mais adequado para uma criança. Do lado de fora, aproveite o deck espaçoso, área de estar privativa, sistema de entretenimento externo, churrasqueira e piscina tipo “plunge” — tudo projetado para oferecer o equilíbrio perfeito entre relaxamento e diversão. A área externa é totalmente cercada, oferecendo privacidade, e embora haja vizinhos por perto, nem eles nem nós na casa principal temos acesso visual ou físico ao seu espaço. A casa principal é ocupada por nossos pais e cunhada, e nós (os anfitriões) estamos frequentemente no local também. Embora não seja o maior apartamento da região, o The Tiny Oasis está repleto de toques pensados para garantir MUITO conforto e uma experiência memorável. No quintal Nossa piscina elevada da marca Intex, emoldurada com madeira para mais estilo e estabilidade, oferece 50 cm de água refrescante — perfeita para relaxar, se refrescar e até assistir aos seus programas favoritos na TV externa! Para um toque extra de luxo, há um chuveiro externo — ideal para se refrescar após um mergulho, tirar o sal e areia depois da praia ou apenas curtir um momento tranquilo ao ar livre. É um pequeno detalhe que faz o quintal parecer um verdadeiro refúgio! Temos uma churrasqueira a gás Blackstone! Se quiser que a deixemos pronta para uso, é só nos avisar com antecedência — caso contrário, ela ficará guardada no armário direito do centro de entretenimento externo. This Guest Suite is a large Studio Apt(360 sq ft) attached to our home. It has a private entrance, a large bath, large bedroom with pool view and private deck. Also includes a kitchenette with full size fridge, toaster, coffee maker and microwave. No Stove. Complimentary breakfast snacks including Coffee, tea and biscuits. Relax on the deck and watch the birds on the bird feeder or grab our bikes, beach chairs and head to the beach, 1mile. Grill available. Please read house rules before booking.

Located on a Barrier Island beach community in a friendly, residential neighborhood. Guest suite is attached to the main house with it's own separate entrance and living space. Spacious bedroom with En suite bathroom. Kitchenette has sink, small fridge, microwave and air fryer. 5 minute walk to the white sandy beach. Beach chairs, towels and floats provided. It is Key West Style, 1 blk from the Gulf with no thru traffic, only 3 mi long. Sunset Bch is about 1 mi. Built in 1929. There were only 3 other hms here. It has been updated. The bath rm is VERY small. Cubicle shower, toilet ,and sink. I also have a hot and cold shower outside & a small dipping pool .It has high ceilings with wood beams. 30inch flat screen TV with highspeed internet, Full kitchen, and there is a futon in the living room. No Cable . I do NOT allow dogs unless Preapproved .
