This is truly the most expensive yet worst accommodation experience I've ever had in my life. I stayed in this apartment for 4 nights and paid $866 to Host A. However, my experience was extremely terrible. First, there are two beds in the apartment: one is a wall-mounted fold-down bed in the living room, and the other is in a storage room. This means the actual size of the apartment is far smaller than what is shown in the pictures. Second, both beds look clean and white from a distance, but upon closer inspection, the white quilts are covered with dirty yellow stains. If you smell carefully, the white pillows have a terrible odor, full of greasy dirt. Additionally, although the bed sheets appear white, when you actually lie on these dirty beds, your back skin will immediately feel extremely itchy! What's more, the decorations in the room, such as the paintings on the walls, the flower decorations in the corner of the room, and the record player, are all covered with dust.

Very nice place, loved the style and the host was very responsive and helpful with my very late checkin.

It was perfect! we participated at a tattoo convention that was right round the corner from this Airbnb. It was walkable to tons of tasty restaurants and had great security. I loved the vintage atmosphere as well, overall an awesome place to stay while in Long Beach!

Over all, place was great. We got there a tad early, but when 4pm came around we had to wait 30-45 minutes for the cleaner to finish; not her fault, but maybe don’t promise a 4pm check in if it can’t be met.
Once inside, there were no bags for the trash can or extras under the sink, so we had to use grocery bags for trash. The coffee was almost completely gone and some was leftover in the maker. The record player didn’t work (didn’t have a needle) and I was really excited to use it so that was a bit of a let down for us. Unlabeled shower supplies confused us as to which was which. And although never a guarantee, a folder or piece of paper that helps with surrounding attractions, parking restrictions, and where to empty garbage would be helpful.
We really had a wonderful time even with all the misses. The location was great (so walkable) and the building was really beautiful. Thank you for making my Moms stay fun and welcoming. It was definitely an adventure.
