Little Bear Studio/Den is part of a house located at Little Bear Farm, an 8 acre private property with a large yard and field for romping with a dog, sledding, or walking around our pond and fields. Conveniently located near Banner Elk and Valle Crucis, we are close to shopping or the slopes. We are adjacent to 450 acres of forest that is part of the Blue Ridge Conservancy, offering hiking trails to the public. Welcome to Sugarworth Mountain! Our home features 3 Bedrooms, and 2 Baths. The entire house features Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring Throughout. The living room features plenty of seating, great views, a ceiling fan, TV, and a wood burning fireplace. The dining room features the dining room table and chairs, with seating for six, plus a highchair. The kitchen has been updated with stainless steel appliances! Two Bedrooms with King Beds, One Bedroom with Two Full Size Beds.
