Guests have exclusive use of the entire house. Downstairs: fully-equipped kitchen, living room with gas fireplace, foldout couch. Upstairs: large master suite and living area, king-sized bed, bath with shower and washer/dryer. Grounds feature patio, perennial gardens. Convenient to area colleges. Parking included.

This 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 2 story cottage can sleep 5-6 comfortably and features access to the lake via stairs or steep pathway, has a seasonal dock, 2 paddleboards, 2 kayaks and is near local hiking and state park. Short walk to local marina. This is perfect for getaways with friends and family vacations.

The cottage has wifi, a smartv, games and books to pass the time on a rainy day. Perfect place to spend a relaxing vacation!

Private spacious apartment with all amenities, located 15 minutes drive from Ithaca, NY. To relax during your stay, you can pour yourself a hot bath, unwind in the living-room or enjoy the outdoor deck with view on the 1 acre property. Other tenants include our poodle (Angélique) and Trouble, our outdoor cat. If you feel butch, you can start a fire and relax around our bonfire area or strip in your swimsuit and hop in our hot tub.
