Enjoy the outdoors with full private access to the pool (open seasonally), an outdoor fire place, and a new hot tub and walking trails to enjoy the outdoors. We DO live onsite and may spend time behind the barn in our shops.

The Cottage on Maple Hill is perfectly nestled just outside of Carrollton. It’s perfectly convenient and peaceful. Just 10 minutes from the Square and the SE Quilt and Textile Museum, 15 minutes from UWG and WGTC, and 45 minutes from Atlanta, the cottage is the sweet spot. With 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, one full bathroom, and a spacious living room and kitchen, the cottage is so homey! The front porch, rear deck, and yard space allow you to chill, grill, and enjoy the great outdoors.

Couples Farm Hideaway

Couples can escape to this serene hideaway, enjoying their own private cottage. Experience nature with your own campfire, or take a refreshing swim in the heated pool and relax in the hot tub. The guest house offers private accommodations, including an additional loft bedroom, a fully furnished kitchen, laundry facilities, bidet, covered parking, and Wi-Fi access. A large screened-in porch (24x16) overlooking the lake invites intimate conversations, fishing and some enjoyable time on the water. Paddle boat or Jon-boat is available (with notice) Tumlin lake is the City water supply so water is clean. No Motorized water-craft allowed on lake. Only sail and paddle craft permitted. The lake is surrounded by private property owners. Come, explore!

Goat Farm Guest Suite

Our goat retreat suite is on a 2 acre wooded lot in a quiet and secluded area. The suite has a private entrance off a common hallway in our detached outbuilding. A queen bed, full kitchen, bath, Wifi, cable TV. Outside is a patio & several games, plus goats (& deer & hawks, etc). Currently we have 5 goats, Dori, her older daughter Mocha, and goats born this past Jan!
