We are ideally situated for those who need to break their journey. We are approximately an 7 1/2 hour drive from Brisbane and 4 1/2 hours from Sydney and we are located 2 minutes off the New England Highway. It is a fully self contained, air conditioned cottage with a large bedroom, separate bathroom, lounge & fully equipped kitchen, situated in a quiet rural environment. There is a local pub which serves evening meals Tuesday to Sunday and great cafes nearby in Quirindi and Willow Ttree.

Adventure awaits you at “Menagerie Park” farm stay. Wander the acreage, get up close with alpacas & horses if you choose, or sit back & relax with stunning views. Enjoy Fresh farm eggs straight from the coop for brekky. Our pets 🐶 🐈‍⬛ 🐓 will pop by to say hello & make new friends. Horse agistment available for your stay if you want to escape the madness of AELEC (which is a 20-minute drive away). Dogs / Cats welcome inside. The village has an amazing pub for meals. Kumbogie Cabin

Kumbogie Cabin is an eco friendly (off grid solar and battery) private retreat situated on a working sheep farm. Nestled in a secluded location approximately 900m from the nearest dwelling, access is via a dirt track and a couple of gates. It is located at the base of the farm's surrounding hills it has stunning scenery, natural bushland and an abundance of Australian flora & fauna. The cabin itself is perfect for any couple looking to have a romantic getaway. Thereis a no children policy.
