On the same side of the house is the sunroom (w sleeper sofa) that leads to the hot tub from one door and the pool through another. From the other side of the kitchen is the foyer, laundry room, BR, sitting area, 1st floor bedroom with a queen bed. A large living area is at the bottom of the stairs leading up to the other 2 bedrooms (1 Q bed & 2 DB beds) & bathroom.
