Relax or take a dip in the shared outdoor heated pool (seasonal - opens Whitsun week through to the end of September) less than one minute away, or for the more active there is surfing, paddle boarding, walking or cycling; this beautiful area has it all. In the evening why not visit one of the local pubs or hunker down with a movie or maybe a board game for those more competitive!

Treetops is a warm and cosy space, providing calm and peace for guests to escape the cares of everyday life. Situated within its own mature grounds, it makes full use of natural light with sunsets particularly memorable. Decorated using muted earth colours, the cabin has all modern coveniences including central heating, shower room and kitchen area with fridge and full-size gas cooker. Outside are private gardens, including sitting area with barbeque and firepit. Shared heated pool.

Coach House

The Coach House is a small stone barn conversion nestling peacefully in 35 acres of Cornish countryside at Woodlands Manor Farm. This picturesque cottage has an open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge with Smart TV and Blu-ray player. The downstairs bathroom with shower leads from the entrance hall. Upstairs is a large romantic bedroom with ‘zip and link’ super king size double or twin beds and Smart TV. The WiFi is super fast broadband.

Tucked away in a quiet, rural location, but just a few minutes’ drive from the award-winning Woolacombe beach, our dog-friendly holiday cottage offers every home comfort plus a little touch of luxury. We designed Bay Tree Cottage to be a home away from home, with plenty of special touches that make it a place you’ll remember. Set in the private, landscaped grounds of Willingcott Valley, summer guests (June to Sept) will also have access to the heated outdoor swimming pool.

North Hill Cottages are just 10 minutes from Barnstaple but you will feel as if you are in the middle of nowhere. Sat on top of ....North Hill, Rye is one of 9 cottages created from traditional stone farm buildings in a beautiful tranquil spot with space to roam. North hill is ideally situated to explore the west and north coasts as well as Exmoor and after all that we have an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis court and games room to help you relax and unwind.
