Relax in your garden retreat, a private oasis by the lake. Dine or laze on the verandah, watch the birds come and go from the tall garden trees. Walk across the quiet cul de sac to plunge into the lake - also popular for canoeing, fishing, paddleboarding - or to catch spectacular sunsets. Stroll the beach path to the surf, cafes, grassy picnic areas, kids swim spots and playground. Follow the bike path north or south or explore canoe trails. Canoe and bikes included. Close by are many wonderful cafes, bars & restaurants.

Our apartment is part of a small complex on the canal in the heart of Mooloolaba. It is on the Ground Floor with a magnificent north-facing canal outlook. This is enhanced by the canal being very wide at this point. It is located an easy walk from the main beach and all the cafes and restaurants that Mooloolaba is famous for. It is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of that strip to provide peace and quietness, but close enough for you to walk there should you want to.

Free standing Villa, light and breezy. very comfortable. Great front deck to relax on. 200 meter walk to Currimundi Lake, 800 meter walk to Cafes and Surf beach. Great children's park and bike track 200 meter walk, opposite direction walk to lake. Best suited to single person, couple or a Family ( 2 adults 2 children ). Open plan lounge, kitchen to first bedroom. Has walk through bedroom/bathroom to the second bedroom. Can accommodate 4 adults but better suited to families.
