(Beach stairs closed and under repair with no known completion date due to significant engineering issues). Beach access within 1/2 mile south and north. Beach stair access will hopefully be restored soon as the contractor has finally provided a plan.

Welcome to our oceanfront home, just outside Yachats on Hwy 101, accommodating up to 6 people. The house is recently renovated, spacious yet cozy, and boasts panoramic ocean views from the kitchen, living room, and 2 of the bedrooms. The expansive backyard, surrounded by trees, has dual paths to the beach. There is a covered deck with dining and seating arrangements. The kitchen is equipped with a full-size stove, refrigerator, and microwave.

We warmly invite you to stay at our cozy seaside cottage in one of the most ideal locations along the Yachats oceanfront – just steps away from the northern end of the spectacular 804 Trail where it meets a seven mile stretch of sandy beach. We love our home, and we know you will too. Seagrass is a perfect place to relax and unwind on a quick getaway or an extended stay. Bring your furry friends, DOGS only- no cats -(up to two), with our approval and a fee of $25 per pooch. Please note that in order to keep our house friendly to non-pet owners alike, we do not allow dogs on furniture.
