We are located fifteen minutes from the ninety-mile beach (Seaspray) and ten minutes from the township of Sale where there are pubs, restaurants and ample shopping. Self-served continental/ self cooked breakfast is included in your stay. Wedding night packages are also available

You get the whole front of this lovely federation style home in the heart of Moe. This stay is conveniently placed close to shops, cafes, bus and train stations. There is no sink here, bucket only. A great place to stay while visiting family and friends, working in the area or wanting to explore the many local beauties on offer.

Each bedroom has queen size beds, wardrobes, ceiling fans, reverse cycle heating/cooling and wall mounted TV’s. Outdoor deck with BBQ and fish cleaning facilities.

A string of ocean beaches nestled between coastal cliffs are within a short walk. Outdoor showers, fire pit and BBQ are all present.

The Fern cottage is an open plan self contained cottage suitable for couples or singles. Set on 12 peaceful and private acres with pool, bbq, indoor fire, TV/DVD, clawfoot bath , carport and guest laundry. There is a kitchenette which includes fridge, toaster, jug, microwave, electric frypan, bench top toaster oven and single induction hotplate. Pets by arrangement only no surprises. Unsuitable for children.
