Welcome to 'The Studio!' our lovely little studio apartment/tiny house! This newly converted stunning little annexe has been designed with heart and soul, initially used to accommodate doctors from the hospital during the lockdown. We have now decided to update it and welcome lovely visitors travelling to Hereford. It has a stylish, spacious yet cosy living area, a separate kitchen and shower room, and private off-road gated parking. We are a 10 minute walk from the city Centre & Train Station.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful stress-free location, only 4 miles from central Hereford. Honeysuckle Cottage is a very cosy property with two double bedrooms, one single and a bathroom with shower. It is in excellent modern condition with a large airy kitchen and living room. The pretty garden wraps around the cottage on three sides and two levels and runs down to a bubbling brook at its foot (the brook can not be easily accessed from the garden and should pose no danger to children)

Maple House Lodge is a 1st floor guest annex, accessed via an external staircase. Located in a quiet location on the edge of the village, with rural views and comprising an open plan sitting/dining area, with TV and a well equipped kitchen with hob, oven, sink, fridge, and cooking utensils for our self catering guests. The Stables is a single storey stone property converted 12 years ago, it is part of‘Cotts Farm’ and is situated at the end of a private tree lined drive, and nestled in the heart of Lugwardine. It is a 10 min stroll to a beautiful country pub, with beer garden. Hereford city centre is a mere 2.5 miles. Ideally situated for visits to historic towns of Ledbury, Ross On Wye and the Wye Valley, Leominster and Ludlow, the Malvern Hills just a stones throw away!

The Annexe prioritises your security with secure doors, windows, and comprehensive CCTV surveillance covering the residence, gardens, and parking areas. Hereford City Centre is within easy walking distance as are the Lugg Meadows with lovely country walks.

Quiet, luxury flat for 2 .

A large flat within a lovely, quiet Edwardian house with outstanding views of Hereford Cathedral and the Welsh Mountains. A great place to explore from or just to relax. On a summer evening enjoy a drink on the balcony and in the winter curl up by the woodburner. The flat is not ideal for very late nights out and isn’t safe for children or pets. Tea, coffee and basic breakfast items are provided.
