The Old Rope Works is a spacious and unique space in the heart of Woburn Sands, a small market town outside Milton Keynes. As the name suggests, it was once a factory where rope was made and accommodation will suit families, two couples, four friends etc. The property is located just down from the high street, which has multiple places to eat and drink, two local supermarkets for supplies, all within a 5 minute stroll. We ensure our guests have some fresh groceries upon arrival., including tea, coffee, milk, cereal, bread, etc for a simple breakfast.

Double room 2 min walk from high st, shops & pubs.

Newport Pagnell high street and pubs. The house is sold and we are waiting for exchange, it has no frills just very basic kitcen equipment and the bedroom. You will have the entire house to yourself, I am removing furniture slowly so the dining and sitting areas may not be furnished. Upstairs there is a bathroom and downstairs a shower area. Driveway has room for 1 car. Newport is perfect access to M1 and only ten minutes drive to MK shopping centre.
