Enjoy your stay in our tiny home with a queen bed, full bathroom, kitchen & laundry. Look out off the front porch at our peaceful sweeping front acreage, including our winding driveway and 10 acres of hay fields. 2 adults (and 1-2 children that can sleep on a floor mattresss) can fit snuggly into our mini cottage. We hope you enjoy dogs, we breed them & have many running around (Lando, our massive Anatolian Shepherd, is likely to greet you with a few warning barks, but he is the sweetest boy.)

It is located in Monticello, Ky, in a rural part of the area. It’s about 12 minutes to town. There is very close (driving distance) swimming access, kayaking, boating, boat ramps, fishing & marinas. On a dead end street, so very peaceful. Kayak rental is available for $25. per day/per kayak. Pet fee $50/$75 per stay.

For the boaters and fishermen, we are just minutes away from Arnold’s landing boat ramp and also Holmes Bend marina on beautiful Green River lake. For the hunting enthusiast, there are 20,000 plus acres of public land available for spring and fall hunting, with an abundance of turkey and deer. Close to Campbellsville University and Lindsey Wilson in Columbia. Lake Cumberland is also a short drive away.

This 1,100 SF farmhouse is open and spacious - surrounded by nature with beautiful views. Don't be surprised if you see deer, wild turkeys, rabbits, and fireflies! Very comfortable and relaxing inside and out. There is an inviting deck for enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of wine by the fire pit. Also, a cozy gas fireplace inside! No smoking allowed. Excellent high-speed internet. Gas and groceries are only 7-15 minutes away. One queen bed and 2 portable twins if needed.

All rooms have a view of the lake and the deck overlooks Dale Hollow. We are a mile from Wolf River Boat Dock. The suite is downstairs with a private entrance. There are walking paths that encompasses 3 acres on the property. The private deck has a fire pit for chilly mornings to enjoy coffee or relaxing evening. Tv with Cable, Netflix, and Wifi. Covered patio area. 3 miles from Green River Lake and Campbellsville University. 5 miles from Taylor Regional Hospital. Perfect for travel nurses. Keypad entry.
