The apartment is located in the hart of the medieval town of Motovun. The main square, city wall, bars, restaurants and shops are a couple of minutes walking distance. There is a private parking (included in the price) in front of the house which is really rare in the historic center. The spacious apartment with a terrace and breath taking mountain views features 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, a flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, 1 bathroom with a bath and a toilet.

Lokacija je potpuno okružena prirodom, a samim time i atmosfera je mirna i tiha. Postoje brojne biciklističke i pješačke staze, kao i povijesna željeznička ruta Parenzana.
