Located in Lick Branch Cove on the 5mm, just a short boat ride from Shady Gators, Tap and Grill, Boat House , Docknockers and many others . 18 minutes away from the Bagnell Dam strip and 25 minutes away from Osage Beach by land.

The house is on the water at the 67MM of the lake and features 300 feet of private shoreline. This is not a lake front property but it's elevated above all of the houses in front of it so you will still feel like you are on the lake. In the morning when the sun rises and bounces off the lake it might give you goose bumps. After 3 years of owning this house I still get them.
