Several footpaths are nearby, leading to pubs, gardens, and a hotel with a new spa. Nearby Horsham offers everything to be expected from a pretty English market town. Brighton is 20 minutes by car. Since the property is in rural Sussex, it is best to have a car at one’s disposal. However, short distances to venues such as Leonardslee and South Lodge can easily be reached on foot or by a 5-minute taxi ride.

The location is south facing and you have access to the public footpath for outstanding walks, bike rides and views. Shoreham by sea train station is only 4.5 miles and Brighton is only a half hours drive. Nearest pub and local shop is only a short walk away.

The Loft We’re situated a stones throw from the South Downs Way, approximately half way between Winchester & Eastbourne. Ideal for those who are walking/cycling the SDW. The loft is a bright & comfortable studio. Ideally for 2 adults, but a 3rd adult/child can be catered for, a Z bed is available on request. There is a king bed, kitchenette, shower room, 2 comfy chairs & tv. Patio doors to a deck, BBQ, with stunning views onto the surrounding fields. Here you can see the free range pigs.

Well behaved dogs are welcome on leads as there is no fenced area. A travel cot for babies is available.but bedding not provided
