Situated on a hill in the picturesque Surrey Hills, an Area of Outstanding Beauty, the place has breathtaking views. It's the perfect spot for nature, walking and tennis lovers. Built c. 1906 the house has a lot of architectural character and has been beautifully decorated in an English country house style. The Penthouse has a separate entrance, 2 beautifully decorated bedrooms, and a large living room. Enjoy the stunning garden, tennis court, the pond & trampoline. Strictly no parties.

We are less than a minutes walk to the Downs Link which is popular with walkers and cyclists and a short distance to the Surrey Hills and the Cranleigh High Street. There is a One Stop convenience store and a kids playground within a short walking distance. Our little house has been newly renovated with an open plan kitchen/living area, a shared outdoor garden and free onsite parking for up to 3 cars.

Private one bedroom lodge Set in gardens of 7 acres in a gated quiet location. 10 minutes from Guildford or Cranleigh. In the cycling heaven of the Surrey hills. Use of the tennis court. . A beautifully appointed space with everything you could want.. 1 king size bed and 1 sofa bed. We are on hand, you just need to ask. We do have friendly dogs. Walking distance to the village shop/pubs 7 mins across the garden and hill. Freezer in garage. Nespresso and pods.

Gorgeous 3 Bay Barn

The Old Barn is a beautiful new 3 Bay Barn, that is set in 4 acres of land, looking out over the beautiful Surrey/West Sussex countryside. It is set away from the main house, accessed through large wooden gates and sits in an enviable position. The Old Barn can sleep 4 as we have a sofa bed, but it comfortably sleeps 2, we have decorated it to a high standard and catered for all needs. There is a wooden terrace where you can sit outside and enjoy the views.

A charming country escape within easy reach of London. The rustic oak barn is romantic, cosy and filled with the scent of flowers from the garden. Located in beautiful countryside with miles of footpaths from the garden gate - within 2 minutes walk of The White Horse, the best gastro-pub in the region. Set in our beautiful landscaped garden, the Barn is located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty - perfect for exploring the Surrey Hills and West Sussex.

Private Garden Studio

Situated at the base of the Surrey hills and a few minutes walk into Cranleigh village, a modern newly refurbished bedroom/studio with super king-size bed, self-catering facilities, shower/bathroom area and desk with Wifi. Separate entrance access to the main house and off-street parking available. There is also a safe place to park and lock bikes or bring them inside the bedroom. A travel cot is available on request for special small humans!

This is a very cosy self contained annex, consisting of a double bedroom with ensuite. There is a kettle, mini fridge, toaster and microwave, but no other cooking facilities. One towel per person is supplied. Fresh croissants and home made jam included and brought to your door in the mornings on certain days of the week. This does rather depend on what time I have to go out in the morning, but often we can agree on a time. Please do enquire.
