Villa consist of 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and one with 2 single beds, 4 bathrooms and amazingly big kitchen where you can prepare any meal of your dreams :) We our mostly proud on our terrace with heated pool that is overlooking sea, islands, nearby towns and villages and biggest town in Dalmatia - Split. Opustite se sa svojom obitelji u ovom ugodnom smještaju. Sastoji se od kuhinje s blagovaonicom, dnevnog boravka, tri spavaće sobe, četiri kupaonice, wc, te teretana s biljarskim stolom. Ispred kuće se nalazi bazen, oprema za roštilj, lounge garniture, ograđeni dio za djecu, privatni parking te prostor za objed. Lokacija Ville pruža privatnost i oazu mira, a ujedno u blizini ima sve sadržaje potrebne za život. Od Splita je udaljena samo 27km (20-25 minuta vožnje), a od zračne luke 39km.

Indoor it offers 380 m2 on 2 floors, with 4 bedrooms, dining room, living room with modern technology and wi-fi. There is also a space where you can exercise (gym) and a pool table.

The house is located above the coastal road and a car is highly recommended to get anywhere (due to a bit of a steep location), but the location offers a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea, the mountain behind, and the island of Brač. The nearest mini market, restaurant, bar is within 2km.
