Walk to Sumter w/cart - Beautiful Courtyard Villa

We love this home because the location is FANTASTIC! It's under a mile to Sumter Landing (walking distance for us :)). Also, new floors, paint, etc! The living room furniture is extremely comfortable! The kitchen has everything you need. The beds are comfortable and there is a tv in every room. (The second bedroom but needs your own Roku or Firestick!) There is a cart included which is the best way to see The Villages. We know you will love it here! Let us know if you have any questions.

Best sunset on Lake Weir! Lake front with private sand beach we are located on Sunset Harbor on Lake Weir. Plenty of dock space and beach space for several boats. House is on Bird Island and setup for entertaining friends and family. House was completely remodeled in 2018 with a modern contemporary design featuring 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. One of the rooms is a movie theater with a 100” big screen that has a futon sofa. Can take the boat to Eaton’s Beach or Gator Joes just across the lake!

Great getaway for a single, couple, or a family. Only an hour from the Disney Parks! By golf cart, you are only minutes from pools, rec. centers, golf courses and many dining options as well as the grocery store. The home includes a nice outdoor seating area. The "squares" provide FREE nightly entertainment. Golf cart included in price for getting around in The Villages. This get-away home is perfect for people looking to relax OR never be bored! It's always a great day at The Villages!

Wow! Gorgeous 2br/2ba courtyard villa w/5-star reviews. Walk to Creekside Landing pool & town square in THE most sought after location in the community. Private yard. Granite counters, vaulted ceilings, big birdcage, French doors & vinyl plank floor. No carpet. Nice recliners, patio chairs, and sofa. King in master br. Queen in guest br. Cable. WIFI. Rent a golf cart (optional). No pets here. I manage a pet friendly 3br across street (sleeps 6). Rest of 2026 is just a 3nt min.

Close to Lake Sumter with Golf Cart!

Located in St Charles walking distance to SeaBreeze Rec center on a dead end street. I also have a 2 br villa close by if you need to split nights because of availability. My favorite spot in the house is the bar! It's great for working. Pet friendly because they are family! Coffee pods, sweeteners and creamers are provided. I don't like to pay pet or cleaning fees because I'm a very considerate guest. I'm sure you are too...so I don't charge them!
