The meadow is rich in wildlife and there are views to the South Downs that can be enjoyed from the hammock or the wood fired hot tub.The hut sits just outside the South Downs National Park, 3 miles from Lewes and 5 miles to Glyndebourne. There is direct access to a myriad of public footpaths with a good choice of stunning walks.

The Garden Room

The annex is a detached building with a key safe and separate entrance situated in a very quiet part of the historic county town of Lewes. There is very little passing traffic and as we’re on the outskirts it’s about a 20 mins walk to the centre of the town but are very close to the South Downs, a 5 minute walk away and the gateway to the South Down way and the National Park. (Smoking only allowed outside) Close to Brighton and good access to public transport and a main line to London.

The Swifts Garden House

Beautifully designed annex in secret walled garden in centre of Lewes, with own separate entrance. Owned and created by local furniture designer, this is a calm and relaxed space. King size bed or two singles on request. Please speak to us for any other requirements i.e baby cot or single child mattress. Coffee, tea and all linen provided. Simple granola breakfast included. Fridge for your use with drinks at additional cost. Conservatory with chairs and table and outdoor seating area.

A wonderful apartment, nestled in the glorious South Downs national park. We are based on a working farm, but it is also peaceful and tranquil. Boasting beautiful surroundings, we are closely situated four miles from Lewes, 10 miles from Brighton and a fifteen minute drive from Glyndebourne Opera House. Our apartment is spacious, sleeping up to four people as the sofa can turn into a double bed. We offer stays between 1-7 nights.
