At the river you can relax, watch nature or read a book. We are a quick drive to great fishing.

Private River House House nest on a private part of the St Mary's River with dock. House is close to the Florida and Georgia just minutes from Jacksonville, Hilliard, Folkston, Brunswick, Jekyll Island, St Simons Island, St Marys, and Cumberland Island. The river runs between Florida and Georgia just a swim or paddle boat away. Boat ramps are in the area like Temple Landing and Kings Ferry just minutes away. Warp around porch over looking the River. Downstairs entertainment area offers shade.

Guest have access to the entire home. It is a remodeled singlewide mobile home on 1/4 acre. We are within 10 miles to: Amelia Island, Fernandina Beach, theaters, golf courses, putt-putt, historical downtown Fernandina and the oldest saloon in Florida-The Palace Saloon. We are within 20 miles to the air port (JAX) and Jacksonville Zoo and we are within 30 miles to the Jaxport Cruise Terminal. In a small town in the south, where the Okefenokee Swamp runs deep and railfans thrive, the Conductor’s Corner stands out. The 2 BR, 1 BA home is located adjacent to the train tracks and neighbors the Folkston Railfan Train Platform. The open floor plan in the living and kitchen areas welcome guests with all the comforts of home. The master bedroom is equipped with a luxurious king sized bed and the secondary bedroom has 2 full beds - adjoined by a jack & jill bathroom with a double vanity.

Amenities include a fire pit, full kitchen, internet, DirectTV, fishing poles, crab trap and washer/dryer. A short 10-15 min. drive to Amelia Island beaches and 15 min. to Centre Street (downtown Fernandina). 2 adults/2 kids max.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Do some fishing in the pond. Feed the friendly local ducks. Enjoy the rear covered deck with a gas fire pit and a TV. There’s a wood burning fire pit as well. Theres a community park directly across the street with walking paths and a skate park for the kids. Plenty of local shopping and restaurants near by. Very close to I95. A short drive to beaches. Fernandina beach is 30 mins.
