The Loft We’re situated a stones throw from the South Downs Way, approximately half way between Winchester & Eastbourne. Ideal for those who are walking/cycling the SDW. The loft is a bright & comfortable studio. Ideally for 2 adults, but a 3rd adult/child can be catered for, a Z bed is available on request. This cosy, comfortable self contained studio flat, with your own front door, is bright, airy and very comfortable with an added bonus of distant sea views, and our wind farm. We are about a 20 mins walk from Brighton or Hove and are easily positioned for easy access to Brighton, Hove or Preston Park railway stations, we’re on the excellent No 27, bus service. Walk 10 minutes down the road to the Seven Dials, there are Thai, Japanese, Chinese, Hog Roast and French restaurants.

Come and stay at our garden lodge, fully self contained, arranged over 2 rooms, with separate shower room. Sleeps up to 4, twin beds in bedroom, additional sleeping in lounge on sofa bed and chair bed. Kitchenette area with microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge/freezer. TV and free Wi-Fi. Situated at the end of our garden, the lodge has a decking area. Access is next to our house. On a quiet road with free parking. Buses to Brighton run frequently from the end of the road.

The Nook a welcoming 1 bedroom ensuite guest unit with free onsite parking

The Nook is a bright & well equipped double ensuite guest unit, with a separate private entry and off road parking for 1 car. The room has Wi-Fi, a King size bed, cotton bedding, new mattress & fluffy towels. The ensuite has a lovely electric shower with rain shower head. We provide a cool box with chilled water, milk, tea, coffee, porridge pots & biscuits. We are in a quiet, safe area. The seafront is a 5 minute walk and there's regular buses into town a minute walk away.

Luxury Park Residence with Sea Views

The property is a loft conversion on the first floor of our bungalow. It offers spacious open plan living area and is perfect for couples. Please give us the heads up to know if you need the sofa bed (there is a charge of 25.00 to cover our extra laundry costs). We welcome all couples of every gender type and combination. Sunny clean spacious lower gd floor one bedroom apartment with private walled garden, just 10 mins from Brighton station. The flat sleeps 2 with a new king sized bed. Located in the friendly Seven dials neighbourhood of Brighton with great cafe's, pubs, bakeries, shops. Check in is 2.30 pm. If you are driving please check info as we have parking restrictions 9am -8pm. No free on street parking even on Sundays in this area

We are Graham and Shizuka, our two daughters and our sociable Persian cat Saffy. We are offering a comfortable double room with its own entrance in our detached house in a quiet road on the outskirts of Lewes. There is parking in our driveway. 5 minutes walk north or south from the house takes you out onto the Downs yet the town centre is just 20 minutes away.
